Richard McLean
is an Artist, Musician, Writer, Illustrator, Designer, and advocates for those who suffer from Mental Health issues in his work and the media.

He resides in Melbourne, Australia, and offers his first hand experience of schizophrenia FREE in an audio book, to help demystify, and educate.

He has worked in graphic design and illustration for newspapers as his career before following his passion for mental health advocacy, and his various creative processes, including music and art.

He is approachable for public speaking engagements, in the context of Mental Health, especially his experience through schizophrenia, and the holistic role of art. (see references)

He has had many art exhibitions, played many band shows, and was 'accidently' transported to the area of 'Consumer Consultancy', and advocating for the mentally ill after the release of his Human Rights Commended book, 'Recovered, Not Cured, a journey through schizophrenia'.

He is constantly working on projects to which you may contribute.
